15 Minutes - Stir Fried Long Beans With Broccoli

15 Minutes - Stir Fried Long Beans With Brocolli
Another 15 minutes dish for my dear daughter to bring to work.
Since 10 am I did not utter one single word.  Don't fret out, I am not sick.
Because I am all alone in the house.  Husband went overseas,
son went to college and daughter went to work.  Anyway will be
having dinner with them in the evening.  Later must remember to text
my dear husband that I have washed and cleaned the bathroom
all by myself to kill my boredom while he is away and both my arms hurts.....
:(   meaning that I have not been doing the washing and cleaning of bathrooms
for many years.  All these years, it is the responsibility of my husband.
He is fanatic of cleanliness.....well, it is a good thing for me because
I do not have to do this tiring work   :)   ...he he he

Half handful of Long Beans - Wash.
Small size of Broccoli - Wash.

Cut the Long Beans into small pieces.
Cut the Broccoli in small pieces.

Heat up the wok with cooking oil.
Once heated up, pour in the Broccoli and cook for 1 minute.

Then pour in the Long Beans and cook further another 2 minutes.

Pour in half cup of water and cook the Broccoli with Long Beans push
at one side because Broccoli takes longer to cook. Once you notice or
tested that the Broccoli is cooked, then push back the Long Beans
to the Broccoli and cook further for 1 minutes.

Pour in 3/4 tablespoon of Oyster Sauce.

Stir fry for a short while or until all cooked and then dish out.

Since I am cooking all these foods for my daughter to bring to work,
I think I am going to cook more for me to bring to work.
Something for me to ponder further since today I am all alone.
Have a nice wonderful weekend.

15 Minutes - Stir Fried Mushroom with Long Bean, Ladies Finger and French Bean

Stir Fried Mushroom with Long Bean,
Ladies Finger and French Bean
This delicious sumptuous dish is for my dear daughter Sunday meal.
She is one happy daughter having cooked food to bring to work
these past few days.  This dish is one of her favourite foods.
Very easy to cook.  Whatever inside the fridge, I just clean, cut
and cook for her.  No need to look for recipe.

One handful of Ladies Finger - Clean and cut.
One handful of French Beans - Clean and cut.
One handful of Long Beans - Clean and cut.
One handful of Mushrooms - Clean and cut the bottom only.

Cleaned and cut vegetables and mushrooms.

Heat up the work with 1/2 tablespoon of cooking oil.
Once heated up, pour in all the vegetables except for the mushroom.

Less than 2 minutes, pour in 1/2 cup of water and cook further another 2 minutes.

Then pour in the mushroom.

Stir fry until cooked.

Pour in 3/4 tablespoon of Oyster Sauce and cook further.
Once done, turn off the fire and dish out.

Before my daughter bring to work, she already eaten 1/3 for her
breakfast.  Ok lah, I think it is still enough for her lunch since there will
be one apple inside her lunch bag.

My dear husband told me not to over work my body because
weekend is my rest days.  Told him that I cannot turn down request from
my dear daughter and moreover all these dishes are just "15 Minutes Food".
"Very Easy Job Compare to my Office Work"

Looking at all these foods inside a nice lunch paper bag,
sure you will have a big appetite.
(This is what my dear daughter said)
Happy Cooking!

15 Minutes - Stir Fried Tomato, Carrot & Egg

15 Minutes - Stir Fried Tomato,
Carrot & Egg
Yesterday night, my dear daughter told me that she prefer to have bigger food portion.
So, today I am increasing her food portion....is it my food is delicious or
she has became a big eater???
To those who are carnivore, you won't like it but those who are
herbivore, you will definitely like it.

4 Eggs.
One Carrot - Peel, Wash and julienne.
Tomato - Wash and cut into small pieces.
My daughter does not like garlic, thus I did not put in all my
"15 Minutes Food" dishes.  If you like it then by all means put it.

Heat up the work with 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.

Beat the eggs with dash of soya sauce, salt and pepper.
Cut Tomato and julienne Carrot.

Pour in the carrot.

Stir until the carrot is soft, around 3 minutes.

Then pour in the tomato.

Stir until all are soft.

Pour in the beaten eggs and let is stand for 2 minutes.

Turn over to the other side.  You will notice that bottom of the cooked
eggs are not  hard but soft.  Please do not freak out because tomato has
liquid, thus the food is wet.

Cook further and keep on turning there and then.

If you notice that there are some liquid, just dish it out.
But if you prefer this dish to be wet, then no need to dish out the liquid.

Once it is slightly dry, turn off the fire and dish out.

Isn't it is lovely?

This is my dear daughter's meal for today.
About paper bag, the following paper bags she bought along
together with those food that I cooked for her :-
Tuesday - Nike
Thursday - Pepe Jeans
Friday - Charles & Keith
Saturday - Louis Vuitton
Sunday - ??? (waiting for her instruction)

My son said she is crazy.
Yeap! She is one girl who is crazy about paper bags.
To me is a good thing, as long as she is not crazy about boys,
if not, I will definitely "pengsan terus" (immediately faint).

15 Minutes - Stir Fried French Beans With Eggs
This month, I dedicate these few recipes to my dear daughter.

Yeap! I cooked this dish for her to bring to work.
According to my Quality Controller (my dear daughter) that this dish
and the other two dishes are yummy and delicious.

Mother and daughter hugging and sharing a special moment of love clipart

Heat up the work with 1/2 tablespoon of cooking oil.

Pour in the cut French Beans.

Cook for less than 3 minutes.

Then, pour in the beaten eggs.
Let it stand for 1 minute.

And then turn over and let is stand for another 1 minute.

15 Minutes - Stir Fried Eggs With Mushrooms

15 Minutes - Stir Fried Eggs With Mushrooms
Once you lay your eyes on this dish, sure you will be salivating.
Woke up this morning at 6.00 am to cook this dish so that
my dear daughter can bring to work.
You must be wondering why she is not eating at her work place?
Reason is that she is trying to refrain herself from eating meats
(not all meat except for fish) and the Vegetarian Stall in the food court
is under renovation.

One handful of Mushrooms (around 150g) - Wash and cut the bottom.
3 Eggs.

Note : Nowadays, market is selling very cheap on this kind of mushroom,
RM5.00 for two packets.  This one is white in colour and the other
mushroom on my previous recipe is brownish in colour.

Beat the Eggs with 1 teaspoons of Pepper and 1 teaspoons of Soya Sauce.
Remember to drain the water from the cleaned Mushrooms.

Heat up the wok with 1 tablespoon of  cooking oil.

Pour in the Mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes and
sprinkle with dash of Pepper and Salt.

Then pour in the beaten Eggs and let it cook for 2 minutes.

Turn over the Eggs and cook further.

Once it is cooked, I used spatula to cut it into pieces so that it is
easier for my daughter to eat.

See, even the Kiwi bird is eyeing on my cooked food.
Ha ha ha......this kitchen towel bought by my dear colleague,
Irene Lee from New Zealand.

Lastly, my family and I wishing all Hindu "Happy Deepavali".
