Stir Fried Ladies Finger With Dried Shrimps

Tasty, healthy, delicious dish.

This dish was cooked by my son. He helped me because I was tired from shopping with my mother, daughter and himself at Mid Valley from 10.00 am until 4.30 pm. He learned this dish from his grandmother.




Step 1
15 pieces of ladies fingers - washed, drained and cut to your desired sizes.
4 pips of garlic - washed, drained and chopped.
2 tablespoons of dried shrimps.
2 tablespoons of oyster sauce or more.
2 tablespoons of cooking oil.




Step 2
Heat the wok with cooking oil.
Once heated, pour in the chopped garlic and dried shrimps.
Stir until the it is slightly brown.




Step 3
Pour in the ladies fingers and stir until it is done.
If it is too dry, pour a few tablespoons of water.
(Do not pour so much of water)




Step 4
Pour in the oyster sauce and stir for a few times and dish out.




Step 5
Tasty, healthy, delicious dish.

[If you like this dish to be spicy, then you can put
a few dry chillies at Step 2. In fact, my son wanted to add
into this dish but we ran out of dry chillies.]
